What we do
Before you sign a lease, you can search a property, landlord, or management company to see what other renters have reported. If you're already renting and run into a problem — unresolved repairs, a deposit dispute, harassment, or anything else — you can document it here with dates, photos, video, and documents, so there's a public, timestamped record of what happened.
Owner and company pages
Every listing tied to a landlord or management company is grouped together automatically, so a pattern of reports across multiple properties is visible in one place, not scattered across separate reviews.

We don't verify every claim submitted to us the way a court would — reports here are evidence-focused documentation, meant to be reviewed alongside dates, supporting materials, and any response on file, not treated as a final legal determination.
