Is advertising separate from sponsorship?
Basic Sponsor status is tied directly to qualifying paid advertising. An advertiser with at least one qualifying active paid placement becomes an Active RentalFacts Sponsor while that advertising remains active. Certain enhanced sponsorship products may carry additional requirements or package costs.
How much does advertising cost?
Pricing depends on the packages and inventory currently created by RentalFacts administrators. Factors include the page, location, ad size, visibility, targeting, duration, availability, and sponsorship benefits. Current prices and availability are listed in the package table on this page.
How much traffic does RentalFacts get?
Not much yet, and we say so up front. Our current numbers are posted above the pricing table and updated monthly. We price placements for the audience we have today, not the one we hope to have, and we raise published prices only as real traffic grows.
What advertising sizes are available?
Sizes depend on the individual advertising slots currently available. RentalFacts administrators can create advertising slots in different supported sizes based on the page design and available location.
Can RentalFacts create new advertising locations?
Yes. The advertising system is designed so an administrator can create an advertising slot based on page, page location, and supported ad size. Future inventory is not limited to the placements currently available.
Does sponsorship mean RentalFacts endorses my business?
No. Advertising and sponsorship identify a paid commercial relationship. They do not mean RentalFacts has independently verified, recommended, certified, or endorsed the advertiser, its products, its services, or its claims.
Does being a sponsor affect RentalFacts editorial content?
No. Sponsors do not receive control over RentalFacts articles, property reports, tenant submissions, case studies, resource listings, disputes, editorial conclusions, moderation decisions, or other independent content.
Are clicks, leads, or customers guaranteed?
No. RentalFacts sells advertising placement and sponsor exposure. Traffic, impressions, clicks, inquiries, leads, customers, sales, revenue, and other outcomes are not guaranteed.
Is Category Sponsorship exclusive?
Only when exclusivity is specifically stated in the purchased package. A standard Category Sponsorship should not be assumed to prevent RentalFacts from accepting other advertisers or sponsors in the same or related category.
Can I change or renew my advertising?
Available options depend on the purchased package, active inventory, creative approval requirements, billing status, and current program terms. Existing sponsors receive renewal priority on eligible placements.

Editorial Independence
Advertisers and sponsors do not receive editorial control over RentalFacts.online. Sponsorship does not give a business the right to alter, suppress, remove, influence, prioritize, or prevent publication of property reports, renter submissions, case studies, articles, resource information, responses, disputes, ratings where applicable, documentation, or other editorial or user-submitted information.
No Guaranteed Advertising Results
RentalFacts sells advertising placement and sponsorship exposure. Unless expressly stated otherwise in a written agreement, RentalFacts does not guarantee any minimum number of impressions, clicks, profile views, calls, emails, inquiries, leads, customers, conversions, sales, revenue, or other business result.
Current Traffic and Future Growth
RentalFacts is currently a new and growing website. Historical traffic statistics are published to help prospective advertisers make informed decisions. Historical visitor counts, page views, search impressions, search clicks, content growth, or other measurements do not guarantee future traffic, search-engine rankings, audience growth, advertising performance, or business results.
Performance Reporting
Advertising statistics are provided for informational purposes. Metrics may be affected by technical limitations, privacy protections, duplicate filtering, automated traffic, ad-blocking technology, browser behavior, connectivity, measurement methodology, and other factors. Reported advertising activity should not be interpreted as a guarantee of unique human prospects or future performance.
Visitor Privacy
RentalFacts does not provide advertisers with private tenant information under any circumstances. Sponsor and advertiser reporting consists of aggregate advertising and Sponsor Profile performance information.
Placement Availability
Advertising inventory is subject to availability. Pages, advertising locations, supported sizes, packages, sponsorship benefits, renewal options, and availability may change. RentalFacts may add, modify, relocate, suspend, or discontinue advertising inventory when reasonably necessary for site operation, design, security, legal compliance, or user experience, subject to any applicable purchased-package terms.
Creative and Sponsor Approval
Advertising creative, Sponsor Profiles, promotional offers, destination URLs, business descriptions, and other advertiser-supplied materials are subject to review. RentalFacts may reject, request modification of, suspend, or remove materials that violate program requirements, applicable law, technical requirements, platform policies, or reasonable quality and user-safety standards.
Advertiser Responsibility
Advertisers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their advertisements, claims, offers, licensing statements, credentials, products, services, pricing, promotions, destination websites, and other submitted materials. Advertisers remain responsible for complying with all laws, regulations, professional rules, licensing requirements, and advertising standards applicable to their business.
Commercial Link Disclosure
Links provided as part of paid advertising or sponsorship may be identified or technically marked as sponsored, advertising, paid, nofollow, or similar commercial links as RentalFacts determines appropriate.
Exclusivity
No advertising or sponsorship relationship is exclusive unless the applicable package or written agreement specifically identifies the scope and duration of exclusivity. Category, geographic, resource, page, or other exclusivity should never be assumed from Sponsor status alone.
Sponsor Status
Active Sponsor status ordinarily exists only while the advertiser maintains qualifying active paid advertising in good standing. When all qualifying advertising ends, expires, is canceled, or becomes ineligible, Active Sponsor status and associated active benefits may also end. Historical sponsorship records and permanent Founding Sponsor recognition may be retained according to the applicable package terms.
Founding Sponsor Rate Lock
A qualifying Founding Sponsor monthly rate is locked for 12 months from the sponsor's start date, provided the sponsorship remains continuously active without a break. Cancellation, expiration, nonpayment, or another break in qualifying sponsorship may end the rate-lock protection. Permanent Founding Sponsor recognition is subject to the terms of the applicable Founding Sponsor program.
Package Terms Control
Specific advertising packages may include additional conditions concerning billing, term length, cancellation, renewal, placement, creative specifications, sponsor benefits, Sponsor Spotlights, exclusivity, geographic scope, or other features. When package-specific terms differ from general descriptions on this page, the applicable agreement and package terms control.
